Hello ... here is a bit about me and my passion for bridal artistry.

I am Alyssa Jones, the creative artist behind Braided Blonde Locks. I have been a Bridal Hair and Makeup artist for over 15 years. With a passion for the great outdoors, I love to create timeless, naturally polished organic looks to help you feel your best. Residing in the beautiful Sierra Nevadas & Yosemite mountains, I dream of creating effortless, beautiful looks for brides from here to the Coastal Redwoods.  From formal weddings to intimate or adventurous elopements, I strive to create a space for you and your dream bridal styles.  

When I'm not creating effortless bridal looks, I am spending time with my family. My husband and I have three adventurous daughters who I homeschool. We take every chance we get to explore and have new adventures together! My husband works as a firefighter over the past 18 years, so we both have a great appreciation for preserving the beautiful outdoors. Although he is away most of the summer, we still take every date night opportunity and love to hit the lake with the paddle boards and tacos. The Sierras are a place my family has been able to call home for the past 6 generations and I love exploring these mountains. I feel so blessed to play, work and raise our family in one of the most stunning places in the world.
