The Questions
How many services can you hold & how long does each service take?
Have a large party no problem, I have assistants and artists I secure (if given adequate time) if you and your wedding tribe or timelines requires.
Services are allotted:
Bride 60 - 90 minutes per service and
Wedding guest 45 minutes per service.
What is required day of ?
All wedding that fall on Fri/Sat/Sun have a day minimum fee of $500 in hairstyling services (Bride + 3 adult styles) this day fee excludes: bridal trials, location service , sunrise start, assistant/artist fees, late fees, call backs, penalty fees & hotel accommodations.
Elopements are considered Mon-Thur.
If your booking services fall under $500 bride will cover the financial difference.
Day minimum excludes : bridal trials, travel, early start, assistant/artist fees, late fees, call backs, standing fees & penalty fees. Date changing fees will not be applied to minimum fee.
The Bride is required in the days count
Bride is require to be in the day’s head count. I do not work on just the wedding party and guest.
Wedding Date Postponements / Changes
Change of date will only be accommodated within one year of original retained date if new date is available. If new date is not available no reimbursement will be rendered. If new contract/pricing has been established, your new contract will reflect in the updated changes. To change your date, an office fee will be paid prior to securing a new date. This fee is/will be held separate from the daily minimum fee. Dates work on a first come basis. Date changes won’t be secured until change of date/office fee is placed. Change of date/office fee will not be applied to your total day of service fee. Changing of date is not allowed within 60 days of contracted date. If change of date falls within your 60 days a new retainer will need to be placed to secure another new date.
Oh California…
In the State of California we face many natural disasters. As a result of these natural disasters, evacuations/travel restrictions and power shut-offs are a common occurrence. With such things out of my control, I, Alyssa Jones am not responsible for providing alternate location or power source for the tools that are needed and/or required for your wedding day. An alternate location and power source will need to be provided by you, the Bride.

With over 15 years of bridal styling under my belt, I have master a signature style of naturally polished and of an organic feel. I embrace your natural beauty to help you feel the best version of your true self. I do not alter from my developed and mastered style. If my style is not yours, "its ok"; there are many talented artist out there. Please find the artist that you enjoy and want to embrace their creative style.

I have devoted my day and time for your reserved date.
I’m not running off to another wedding afterwards. My time and focus is devoted to creating your look that will last a lifetime.
Can we add someone closer to the date or even day of ?
Adding in last minute additional guest(s) to bridal party timeline is solely dependent on time allowance. If your timeline has availability to add additional guest(s), payment will be reflected in final payment, or collected at time of service if adding in day of.
Timelines
Timelines are based off the finish time you and your photographer establish. You and your photographer have carefully laid out every desired image and look you wish to create, capture and remember. The photographer holds the day’s timeline knowing how long they need to create those magic photos you'll be drooling over for a life time.

Winter Wonderland
Weddings in inclement weather conditions may require a hotel fee covered by the Bride to accommodate drivers safety.
Don’t have time for a preview
That's no problem. I meet many brides the day of their weddings. Taking just a few minutes through a video chat we can have a virtual consultation to go over your desired look. Covering the realistic goals to customize your look. Everyone is different so let's set us up for success.
Can I borrow that?
Artists tools and products are not allowed to borrowed and/or taken, or used by anyone other than the artist. I have taken time and care in providing the best for you and those requesting and securing services. Please be respectful and remember all the things desired, if not paying for services.
Artist & Assistant
Additional assistant(s)/artist(s) may be required to accommodate your needs depending on the timeline requested by you and/or your photographer. Assistant/artist fee is $150 (Nov-March) / $200(April-Oct) per assistant(s)/artist(s) and must be retained no later than 60 days prior to wedding/ event date.
Oops my plans changed
If you cancel your reservation of services less than 30 days prior to wedding, you are still required to pay the complete cost for reserved services. Retainers are non-refundable. I, Alyssa Jones, am not responsible for wedding date postponements, canceled wedding dates, or venue closures for any unforeseen reason. Any guest declining prior requested services will not be reimbursed.
As this date has been reserved just for you, Artist(s) have declined other weddings based off your date and services requested and retained.
Photography release
I may request photos from your photographer to add to my portfolio, as well as take photos of you during your preview session for reference. These images may be used for promotional, branding, blog, and / or social media.
Hotel Accommodations
Traveling more than 3 hours in one direction may be subject to hotel fees to be covered by the Bride. If hotel accommodations are required, it must be in the same hotel as styling location.
Travel time starting as early as 3:00 am or earlier may require a hotel accommodation within 1 hour of venue location/or same hotel as styling location.
Weddings in inclement weather conditions may require a hotel fee covered by the Bride to accommodate weather conditions and drivers safety.
When should I schedule a Preview session ?
Previews are recommended but not required. Roughly 4 months from Wedding date is a great time to set your preview session. By then you have an idea of what your dress, jewelry, veil or no veil, hair pins, and what the overall feel of your wedding will be. I recommend thinking about the season your wedding is in, and if your ceremony is indoors or outdoor and start looking at styles that are weather appropriate.
